PLEASE REMEMBER, AS WITH ALL BASIC PERFECT FIT MODELS, WINDOWS MUST BE UPVC FRAMED AND INTERNALLY BEADED IN ORDER FOR THE PRODUCT TO BE FITTED.

As with Perfect Fit blinds in general the Shutter Lite product needs internally beaded UPVC windows in order for the unit to be effectively fitted. Bead depth needs to be 20-24mm as a bracket size - this is important due to the shape of the Shutter Lite brackets.

Maximum width of an individual Shutter Lite unit is 750mm, minimum drop is 205mm. Window width limitation does not have a maximum other than glazed size, instead the width measurement determines the divisory of how many shutter units are required to span the space. When a mid positioned opening handle is present at the top or bottom of the window then an odd number of frames will be required in order to accommodate  the handle rebate. Unless specifically requested we will automatically conclude the minimum number of units required to fulfil the order and an invoice issued accordingly to cover the extra panel cost (i.e £10 per each additional panel). Adjacent units will include an astragal to hide the joins, 

Please note where side handle rebates are required the tilt rod must be placed on the opposite side to where the rebate is positioned.

All Shutter Lite orders are taken under the strict condition and understanding that any damage sustained during transit will be corrected by way of parts replacement sent. That is louvre, stile, rail and any componentry; we will not automatically replace the whole unit. we reserve the right to withold the product where we see fit. It is expected that the partner will work with us and be responsible to part replace the issue. This ensures that we can keep the product at a very reasonable price from the start and at all times rather than take premium rate advantage of what will be an extremely popular product for years to come.
