Standard delivery is by way of Royal Mail 48 Hour, DX & APC - other services are utilised depending on the individual product dimensions. We have a flat charge of £9.00 + VAT per order that you place. We reserve the right to combine postage costs and therefore orders, refunds will not be offered on occasions where this is done. In order to make substantial savings long term it may be worth placing orders on an accumulative basis to take advantage of free delivery which applies to individual orders exceeding £275 before VAT is applied.
Turnaround times do depend on product, unit manufacturing times (see below) and of course external factors such as bank holidays and Christmas recess where we take a full factory 10 days. Should we experience high demands we will adjust the expected delivery times on this page accordingly but of course it is in our interest to ensure that you have your orders as soon as physically possible.
Production times differ based on the type of blind being manufactured - therefore if various categories of blinds are included on one order then despatch will follow when all items on the order have been manufactured. We would suggest that this is taken into account when an order is placed that includes items for a number of unlinked customers so that despatch can be made on a more spread basis. ie. your customers requiring vertical blinds should be separated from say another customer ordering perfect fit blinds so that you have a regulated delivery which reflects in the following fitting schedule accordingly. Splitting of ordered items is not possible based on turnaround times.
Where private addresses are used it is essential that you facilitate the delivery process, we cannot be held responsible where no one is available to sign for the goods, all deliveries must be signed for and checked for any damage accordingly.
It is not possible to hold unlimited stocks of all fabrics from each supplier and so delivery time is very much based on stock that we pile high; we concentrate on AA range fabrics with the generic popularity that is attached to 'cheaper' fabrics and of course higher range fabrics such as our own brand pleated and cellular. Below is an expected time frame expectation for product type allowing one or maybe two days for non AA price range.
