Hello all, Just a quick update regarding our wood venetian range. As you know we had to halt orders of all our wood venetians recently due to multiple stock issues with our supplier. The lead times that were on on the table, so to speak, with a number of colourways and pack sizes were beyond what we would consider acceptable to our customers who are paying the full balance prior to receipt of the goods. However, we are still receiving many enquiries as to the availability of wood and faux wood venetians and so have made them available again as from today. Our supplier has improved their lead times BUT I must stress that there may still be some hefty delays on a number of their colourways and pack sizes. With this in mind it is vital that you, as the seller, make your customers aware of such possibilities and manage their expectations with regards to an estimated likely installation date.
